Have you ever heard about this before? Green tea or tea in general being better for you than water!
It is said that you are suppose to have at least 3 cups a day of tea, and then the recommended amount of water on top of that. Now that is A LOT of fluids.
I was never a big tea drinker until I found out all the benefits of what green tea can do for you. Now I drink tea all the time. If only you saw my cabinet at home. I have one just for tea 🙂
Some of the benefits that got me drinking tea are as follows:
- weight loss
- prevents skin damage
- soothes stress (which I get a lot)
- helps protect against diabetes
- prevents cancer and sun damage
Yes green tea will do this, but so will other tea, BUT it is just said that green tea is the way to go. However I go for the flavor when I drink tea.
