Is Green Tea Better Than Water?

ImageHave you ever heard about this before?  Green tea or tea in general being better for you than water!

It is said that you are suppose to have at least 3 cups a day of tea, and then the recommended amount of water on top of that.  Now that is A LOT of fluids.

I was never a big tea drinker until I found out all the benefits of what green tea can do for you.  Now I drink tea all the time.  If only you saw my cabinet at home.  I have one just for tea 🙂

Some of the benefits that got me drinking tea are as follows:

  • weight loss
  • prevents skin damage
  • soothes stress (which I get a lot)
  • helps protect against diabetes
  • prevents cancer and sun damage

and much much more!

Yes green tea will do this, but so will other tea, BUT it is just said that green tea is the way to go.  However I go for the flavor when I drink tea.
